On Antony’s Situation

Real Betis still struggles to strike a deal for Manchester United forward Antony. The Brazilian international is determined to return to Betis. Antony’s agent has not ruled out a move to Saudi Arabia, but time is running out for him to find a new club, as manager Amorim has no plans to give him significant playing time.

On Garnacho

Manchester United expects Chelsea to make an official bid for Garnacho, with the Argentinian having made it clear he only wants to join Chelsea. United values Garnacho at £50 million, while Chelsea believes they can sign him for a lower price.

United manager Amorim stated that if other clubs are interested in United players but wait until late in the transfer window to make a move, they should not expect to sign the players at a reduced price. He insists that if United does not receive an appropriate offer for the players, they can reintegrate into the team.

On Sancho

Besiktas is the latest club interested in Manchester United forward Jadon Sancho. The Turkish club’s president said they will do their best to sign Sancho if he wants to join. After Sancho emerged as a potential target this week, Besiktas fans took to social media to persuade the winger to join, leaving over 5 million comments on Sancho’s recent Instagram post.

However, Borussia Dortmund also remains interested in the English forward, though no agreement has been reached with the club or the player yet.

Clubs in Italy and Saudi Arabia are also monitoring his situation. United hopes to reach a permanent transfer agreement for Sancho, though a loan cannot be ruled out. He has one year left on his contract, plus a one-year extension option.

United is insistent on selling Sancho, with the 25-year-old having just returned from a loan spell at Chelsea this summer. The Blues paid a £5 million penalty fee to avoid the obligatory buyout clause. Juventus has long monitored Sancho, while Roma is also assessing the feasibility of a transfer.

On Baleba

Manchester United has not yet made any official contact with Brighton regarding a move for midfielder Youssouf Baleba.

United’s focus is on selling players – or at least ensuring sales can be completed in the final 19 days of the transfer window.

The club wants to be ready to act if the right market opportunity arises, but a deal will clearly be difficult as Brighton does not want to sell and is under no pressure to do so.

Similar to the Šeško deal, United will only consider engaging with the club if they receive a clear signal from the player that he wants to join. Baleba has three years left on his contract with Brighton, who hold a one-year extension option.

On Højlund

AC Milan has held positive talks with Manchester United over a transfer for forward Rasmus Højlund. So far, no agreement has been reached between the two clubs, and Højlund himself has not yet decided whether joining Milan is the right move.

Højlund’s future remains uncertain. United sources insist the club will not force Højlund to leave but is open to offers, whether permanent or on loan.

He is torn about the prospect of leaving United, having been a lifelong supporter and worked hard to join the club.

Milan is in communication with Højlund’s representatives to gauge his willingness to join before progressing talks with United. Milan prefers a loan with an option to buy, while United wants a permanent transfer or at least a deal that includes a permanent component. United would consider offers of around £40 million.
