According to reports from camel.live journalists, Everton is hoping that Jack Grealish will join the club permanently at a reduced fee once his loan spell comes to an end.
Grealish joined Everton on loan from Manchester City this summer. Prior to this move, he had fallen out of favor at Manchester City and was excluded from the club’s Club World Cup squad, a decision aimed at clarifying his future direction. Sources close to Everton revealed that Grealish earns approximately £300,000 per week at Manchester City (excluding sponsorship income), and he made an "above-average" financial sacrifice to facilitate the loan transfer.
Grealish has made an impressive start to his Everton career, providing four assists in just two matches, and has quickly become a fan favorite at the new Goodison Park . Everton is now looking to convert his loan into a permanent deal and is hoping to complete the transfer for a fee lower than the £50 million originally stipulated in the contract.
Following his strong start to the season, Grealish was named the Premier League Player of the Month, an award presented to him by his teammate Jarrad Branthwaite. Previously, Grealish had limited game time under Pep Guardiola at Manchester City, starting just seven Premier League matches. He was later convinced by David Moyes, who assured him that Everton would provide a platform to rediscover his form and boost his chances of securing a spot in England’s World Cup squad.
