Manchester City are reluctant to lose a key member of their squad from last season, but manager Pep Guardiola has consistently stated that he will not force unhappy players to stay and needs to reduce the squad size before the transfer window closes.
Manchester City will only sell Savinho for an appropriate offer, with the asking price believed to be around £50 million. The club has also sent positive signals to Tottenham, hinting that the deal could be finalized.
In his first season under Guardiola, Savinho made 48 appearances, primarily operating as a right winger, scoring 3 goals and providing 13 assists. If the two clubs can reach an agreement, Savinho is expected to replace former Tottenham captain Son Heung-min.
