Alba Morales, host of Spain’s well-known gossip show Vaya Fama, believes that Cristiano Ronaldo (CR7) announced his marriage because his girlfriend Georgina Rodríguez is pregnant.
On September 11th, Georgina attended a charity dinner in New York wearing a black bodycon dress. Many people in the public believed that her lower abdomen appeared noticeably swollen in photos—this did not look like weight gain, but rather signs of pregnancy.
In response to this, Alba stated on the show that there was truth to the speculation: “I think they announced their marriage because Georgina is pregnant. Because premarital pregnancy is not allowed in the place where they currently live (Saudi Arabia). Although the authorities have also turned a blind eye to this, even this leniency has already lasted for two years.”
Then, a guest pressed her on whether she had heard definite news rather than just making a guess. Alba said without hesitation, “Yes, my sources told me—there is indeed a possibility.”
