Real Madrid concluded their Club World Cup semi-final campaign on July 9, returned home on July 10, and started their vacation on July 11. Thus, the 21-day vacation is guaranteed; the so-called three-week preparatory period has no relevant legal or collective agreement as a basis.
In addition, if some teams are allowed to make up the match a month after the first round of the season, it will undermine the overall unity of the schedule, and from a practical perspective, it will instead cause greater unfairness.
Therefore, after learning that the sole judge of the Competition Committee rejected the club's application to postpone the first round of the league, Real Madrid intends to file an appeal with the National Second Instance Committee, and the club has two days to submit the appeal.
