Newcastle striker Alexander Isak is the top target, with Paris Saint-Germain forward Bradley Barcola as the backup option. The Reds have also focused their summer efforts on these two players.
Previous reports claimed that Newcastle United had informed Isak they would not sell him this summer. However, Fabrizio Romano stated that he has never heard of such a thing so far. Isak is determined to join Liverpool, standing firm in his stance: he has no intention of renewing his contract, has identified Liverpool as his next destination, and the Anfield side are also interested in him.
