German transfer market website has updated the market values of La Liga players, with Real Madrid’s 18-year-old striker Álvaro Mastantuono seeing his market value surge by €20 million—his latest value now stands at €50 million.
The 18-year-old Mastantuono officially transferred from River Plate to Real Madrid this summer, with a transfer fee of €45 million.
Today, in Transfermarkt’s latest update of La Liga players’ market values, Mastantuono’s value has increased from the previous €30 million to €50 million.
So far this season, Mastantuono has made 8 appearances for Real Madrid across all competitions, starting 6 of them and scoring 1 goal.
Regarding the adjustment of Mastantuono’s market value, Transfermarkt stated: "He is another rising star at Real Madrid, and no one expected him to make an immediate impact in the first team. However, Alonso is far bolder than his predecessor Ancelotti when it comes to fielding young players. That said, the return of Jude Bellingham may have a negative impact on his playing time. Even so, this Argentine is likely to still get some game time through rotations. Mastantuono’s standout qualities lie in his pace, composure on the ball, and ability to create space for teammates by delivering the final pass or the one before that. Judging from his attributes, he is likely to be a player whose market value can continue to rise rapidly."
