The Football Association (FA) has officially announced that Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has been handed a one-match ban and an £8,000 fine for misconduct during Chelsea’s 2-1 Premier League win over Liverpool on October 4.
Maresca committed misconduct and/or used abusive, insulting language during the match, which led to his dismissal around the 96th minute. He later admitted the charge and accepted the sanction.
