Liverpool have officially announced that young player Ngumoha has signed his first professional contract with the club. It is understood that this contract runs until 2028.
The forward joined Liverpool's youth academy from Chelsea in September 2024 and has since made 5 appearances for the Reds' first team, with his most recent outing coming in Tuesday's 2-1 EFL Cup win over Southampton. In his Premier League debut for Liverpool last month, he scored a 100th-minute winning goal away to Newcastle United, helping the team secure a narrow 3-2 victory.
A few weeks later, the England U19 international came on as a substitute in Liverpool's UEFA Champions League win over Atlético Madrid at Anfield, making his European debut. During the 2024-25 season, Ngumoha has featured for Liverpool's U18, U19, and U21 age-group teams, and made his senior debut under Arne Slot in January this year – coming on in the FA Cup match against Accrington Stanley.
