Recently, the media conducted a large-scale survey to find out who the boos were directed at during matches. Among them, the parts regarding Xabi Alonso and Vinicius Junior are particularly noteworthy.

First, when asked about the biggest problem at Real Madrid, among more than 100,000 votes, 61% attributed it to the players, 23% to the board of directors, and 16% to Xabi Alonso. In the subsequent question, fans were asked how to deal with Alonso: dismiss him immediately, decide after the Super Cup, or support his work. 76% of fans believed he should stay and be given support, 14% wanted him dismissed immediately, and 10% hoped to wait and see the result of the Super Cup.

More surprisingly, Real Madrid fans' views on the Vinicius incident. Although the player showed closeness to the coach when he was substituted, he was replaced again against Sevilla, even though the game was drawing to a close.

When asked about the solution, 86% of fans chose the first option: sell him, because his situation at Real Madrid is irreversible. This was the most decisive of all results and the only one with a vote rate exceeding 80%. 7% of fans believed he should be given support, and another 7% thought it was purely a performance issue—once he shows his true level, the controversy will disappear.

Real Madrid ended the year with a victory, but doubts remain about the team's weaknesses. Although injuries have once again plagued the club, most fans believe the team needs to strengthen during this winter transfer window. As many as 79% of fans think it is necessary to sign new players. Regarding the priority position to strengthen, most people (73%) tend to the midfield, followed by 20% choosing to sign defenders, and 7% hoping to find a forward.

In fact, so far, discussions have been limited to potential replacements for Endrick, who may leave to join Lyon. Real Madrid is not known for frequent participation in the winter transfer market, although this has usually not been necessary after their past golden age of championships.

Real Madrid's performance has not been entirely convincing, but they are indeed still competitive in all competitions. The victory over Sevilla kept Barcelona hot on their heels, only four points behind, but Barcelona will end the year as the winter champions. However, fans are clearly disappointed with the loss of the leading position—Real Madrid once topped the standings alone but has gradually seen its advantage eroded. Therefore, when predicting what the team will win this season, 68% of fans believe they will win neither La Liga nor the Champions League, 20% think they can win La Liga, and 12% predict a double crown.

Real Madrid enters the Christmas break with many doubts. Although fans have clearly stated that they will not dismiss Alonso, the situation always gets stuck at the same link, especially when the club itself lacks a clear direction internally.

All signs indicate that there is no imminent decision. On January 4th, Real Madrid will restart their league campaign with a home game against Betis at the Bernabéu, so we also need to wait for the responses of the team and the fans.
