Everton officially announced that it has signed a new four-year contract with England's number one goalkeeper Jordan Pickford, who will continue to play for the club until the end of June 2029.
The 31-year-old goalkeeper has made 326 appearances for the Toffees since joining Everton from Sunderland in the summer of 2017 for a then-English goalkeeper transfer record. He has always been a key figure for both the club and the national team.
At the international level, Pickford has earned 80 caps for England, all while playing for Everton. Recently, he also set and extended a new record for the Three Lions: keeping nine consecutive clean sheets, and he has not conceded a goal for the national team in over a year.
