According to media reports, Eduardo Camavinga will establish a youth football academy in Angola.
Camavinga is currently visiting his birthplace Angola. In an interview with the media, he said: “I choose to establish a youth football academy and a school here for young people to repay my motherland for everything it has given me. I am very happy to do this, and my parents are also very proud. I am also glad to return to my motherland and have the opportunity to contribute to the country’s development.”
Camavinga also cheered for Angola’s national team in their Africa Cup of Nations campaign: “I watched the previous Africa Cup of Nations hosted by Côte d'Ivoire, and they played very well. They lost their first game, but the most important thing is to maintain high morale and put in a better performance in the next match.”
