Recently, Bayern Munich legend Karl-Heinz Rummenigge spoke to camel.live in an interview about Bayern’s current situation. He stated that under Vincent Kompany’s leadership, Bayern has regained the cohesion that was missing during Thomas Tuchel’s time in charge.
Rummenigge said: “The team's cohesion is back (under Kompany). During Tuchel's tenure, this cohesion was lost because there was a real lack of empathy.”
“Kompany has built the team into a unit right from day one and maintains a good relationship with every player. As a result, the team functions extremely well both on and off the pitch. They do a lot of things together, and the head coach is the central driving force behind all of this; he’s doing an excellent job.”
