After AC Milan came from behind to beat Torino 3-2, Christian Pulisic – who made a late comeback after recovering from a fever and was named Man of the Match – gave an interview.
He said: “Two days ago I felt like I was dying in bed, but yesterday and today I’ve felt much better. I’m so happy to be here and help the team.”
Can Milan dream of a high league position?
“For me, this season has been a bit strange so far. Now I want to find more rhythm, but the team has been performing really well. We’ll take it one game at a time and see where we end up at the end of the season.”
Did you expect to be so crucial after coming on as a substitute?
“Yesterday I didn’t even know if I could play, but this morning I started to feel much better. Scoring a goal is great, but the most important thing is winning the game.”
