Currently, the Red Devils are looking to sign the Senegalese striker, considering a swap deal involving their forward Garnacho with the Blues.

Jackson and Garnacho could swap clubs this summer, with both Chelsea and Manchester United eager to accelerate player sales. United have turned their attention to Jackson as they aim to add new firepower to their underperforming forward line from last season.

The Red Devils are yet to make a formal bid, but interest in Jackson is evident—especially if he can be sold at a low price given the surplus in Chelsea's forward line.

Beyond that, Garnacho has told Manchester United he wants to leave Old Trafford this summer and is training away from the first team. Chelsea have long been monitoring the Argentine, and with English winger Madueke set to move to Arsenal, the Blues' squad is actually still short of enough wingers.

Chelsea have not yet made formal contact with Garnacho, but they admire the Argentine's style of dribbling and his willingness to take on defenders.

The 21-year-old wants to stay in the Premier League or move to a top European club, having rejected offers from Saudi Arabia. Additionally, Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur are two other clubs keeping tabs on his situation.

Manchester United's remaining funds this summer have been earmarked for the signing of Brentford's Mbeumo—however, the deal did not progress as many hoped this week, as there remains a valuation gap between United and Brentford. United co-owner INEOS is determined to stick to their transfer market strategy, and the club will not overpay for signings.

Once completed—with the club hoping to finalize the deal before their pre-season tour to the US next week—player sales will be a necessary condition for Amorim to strengthen other areas of the team.
