Cameroonian Onana will remain Manchester United's first-choice goalkeeper next season and will join the club's pre-season tour even though he sustained an injury in training last week. Onana suffered a hamstring injury during his return to United for rehabilitation training, meaning Turkish goalkeeper Bayindir will be the Red Devils' first-choice goalkeeper for their pre-season trip to the United States.

Manchester United have been exploring the possibility of signing new goalkeepers, including Aston Villa's Emiliano Martínez, to replace Onana. However, as club officials believe other positions in the team are more in need of an overhaul, Camel Live understands that if Onana recovers in time, he is almost certain to feature in United's Premier League opener against Arsenal on August 17.

Sources say that if the club does look for a new goalkeeper, they will target younger players as understudies to Onana. But if one of their primary targets, such as Martínez, becomes available at the right price, they will change their approach. It is understood, though, that Villa values the Argentine goalkeeper far more highly than United, so completing a transfer may require significant funds.

Elsewhere, Garnacho is set to leave Manchester United soon, with Napoli having long been monitoring the Argentine winger. Talks have been held between United and the Serie A champions, but there remains a gap in valuation. The Argentine has been told he does not need to return for pre-season training, allowing him and his advisors more time to find a new club. It is understood that offers from Saudi Arabia will not be accepted – Garnacho wants to stay with top European clubs.

Rashford, meanwhile, is another player considering leaving Manchester United. He is willing to make some sacrifices to secure his dream move to Barcelona.

However, it is understood that Rashford harbors no ill will towards Manchester United, despite having the No. 10 shirt taken away during his contract. If Amorim is willing to reintegrate him, he is also willing to rejoin the team, including taking part in the club's pre-season.
