Recently, former France manager Raymond Domenech stated in an interview that Manchester City midfielder Cherki has no chance of being selected for France’s World Cup squad.
Domenech said: “Akliouche, Michael Olise and Christopher Nkunku are Cherki’s direct competitors, and he (Cherki) has absolutely no chance (of making the France team).”
