According to media reports, Manchester United forward Benjamin Šeško is unlikely to be named in the squad for the match against Wolverhampton Wanderers, but is expected to be available for the subsequent fixture against Bournemouth.
After coming on as a substitute against Tottenham Hotspur last month, Šeško suffered a knee injury after playing for 30 minutes. Sources indicate the injury is not serious, and he is expected to be sidelined for a few weeks. It is widely believed that Manchester United will lose some players to the Africa Cup of Nations following the Wolves match, but they may retain Mubama, Amad Diallo, and Noussair Mazraoui to face Bournemouth before allowing them to report to their national teams.
