Reporters previously stated that Barcelona viewed Kane as a potential successor to Lewandowski. Lewandowski’s contract expires next summer, and the club was reportedly evaluating a move for Kane in the upcoming transfer window—similar to how they signed Lewandowski back in 2022. Kane’s contract with Bayern Munich runs until 2027, but it includes a €65 million release clause.
