Benjamin Šeško has arrived in Manchester and will undergo a medical with Manchester United on Friday.
On Thursday, Manchester United reached an agreement with RB Leipzig, with an initial transfer fee of £66.3 million (€76.5 million) plus £7.37 million (€8.5 million) in add-on clauses.
If all goes well and the contract is formally signed on time, Šeško could make his official debut at Old Trafford during Manchester United’s match against Fiorentina on Saturday. This will raise further questions about Rasmus Højlund’s future at Manchester United.
Manchester United will consider offers of around £40 million to sell the player, with AC Milan interested in signing Højlund.
