Al Nassr will sign 25-year-old Portuguese forward João Félix from Chelsea, with an initial base transfer fee of €30 million.
The player has been granted permission to fly to Saudi Arabia to undergo medical tests and join Al Nassr. Félix's base transfer fee is €30 million, with additional add-on clauses and a high percentage of future transfer revenue clauses included, aiming to meet Chelsea's valuation of the player at a total of €50 million in the future. Relevant documents are currently being prepared.
The 25-year-old Félix now has a current market value of €20 million. Félix started his career at Benfica, joining Atlético Madrid in the summer of 2019 for a huge transfer fee of €127.2 million. He was later loaned by Atlético Madrid to Chelsea and Barcelona. In August 2024, Félix joined Chelsea for a transfer fee of €52 million, and in February this year, he was loaned to AC Milan with a loan fee of €5.5 million.
Last season, Félix made 41 appearances in all competitions, scoring 10 goals and providing 3 assists. After playing in the Primeira Liga, La Liga, Premier League and Serie A, Saudi Arabia will become the fifth league in Félix's career. At Al Nassr, Félix will reunite with Cristiano Ronaldo, the captain of the Portuguese national team.
