Starting the home game against Moldova, Haaland scored five goals and provided two assists, helping Norway secure an 11-1 thrashing of the opponent.
According to statistics, Haaland has scored in each of his last eight international matches, netting a total of 14 goals. Additionally, he is the first player to score five goals in a single FIFA World Cup European Qualifier match since Hans Krankl scored six goals for Austria against Malta in a World Cup Qualifier back in 1977.
